If you do not know were to put it, you should not be using it :).
That's what Badspot did with the mission editor too.

This is why I like torque constructor...no stuffty exporters to mess around with. Just click export as legacydiff. :D

You can put map2dif anywhere, but make sure you have its path properly defined in the Torque config.
