Is it possible to get the recordings to run?

When I go into the age of time file and to recordings and click on a demo it says needs updates to play this file. Then i check for updates and it says no updates to support this file. It is real player. Does real player work or do i have to transfer to somthing else? I don't own a capture card.

Recording have always been extremely buggy.

If you are using f3-f4 then they don't play outside of age of time.

I type demoPlaybackComplete(); in console, gives you a list of recorded demo's.

Takes forever to load one though.
