Faces and Decals Dont show up

I downloaded something and I put it in Base/Data/Player/Faces and I go on Blockland and now there is a-lot of empty boxes. I have the old faces but I don't have the new faces

Ok here are some answers:
1.You installed wrong
2.You dont have preview icons
3.You installed one in the wrong file causing them to all to mess up
4.The maker of the files misplaced a file
5.No frigin' idea
