Help With The Avatar Pictures!!!

How the heck do you get Avatar photo's!!, I know where abouts to upload them, but they will not load! and i put in the pictures that dont take up lots of space whats happening??! 100,000  's for anyone who knows!...oh and random Pic :-D

it's too big, the biggest it can be is 75x75.

I know but ive been putting in ones smaller than that size

75 pixels by 75 pixels? I would have no idea what the problem would be if you've used ones that small, the picture you posted is obviously too big.
