I hear people say they droped a note at somewhere.
I'm wondering what a note is and where to get them.

a note is a scroll like the ones you get at the police station, some ppl drop notes at random locations, but to make them you need to go to SB and buy a svrool, type in some text and then hit writte, btw, you can use dyes to color the scrolls too.
