is there any good free programs that can be used to make decals?i cant figure out how to make them with paint.net

Well then, if you can't figure out how to work Paint.NET, you won't know how to use any other program.

 Its very easy, simply select a white background and delete it. There you have it.

 but, if it is an image you have been working on, simply use the magic wand tool, select the area you want trans'd, and hit delete. done.

nevermind im gonna not make decals......too much work....plus i can draw with computer programs like i can with pencil and paper........
