The exterior is repeated, and looks bad to me because of that. The interior is nice though. If you want my suggestion, use more variety in the exterior.

I never knew ETB bothered about interior.

Anyways, has stairs, which is auto-win (if it were higher.) As Cookie said, a little more variation on the exterior would be nice, but you should improve in time...
