Porting

Can somebody tell me how to port from v8 to v9? I have already tried looking at v8 files and comparing them to v9 files, and this is what i came up with. credit to Ephialtes for making the flamethrower, incase this actually worked

chances are this thread will be flamed to death, becuase i have no idea how to upload .zip's to mediafire and i have no idea how to port.
