Server dead...(again)

Earlier today I was able to host a server without any problems. My ports are fowarded and everything. But when I tried to host a server just now, it appeared as dead on the server list. There were no problems whatsoever about two hours ago. I've tried a few things already, but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate some help.

Sorry for the double post (no edit button), but I also had another completely off-topic question; Why is it that i can't directly view jpg/png attachments in posts on the forums anymore? I have to click on the file and open it to view it. I don't have this problem on my Wii, though, only the computer. Any ideas?

In response to your first question, your router might have reassigned your computer's ip address, requiring you to reenter your new ip in the port forwarding section. There are several ways to get a static IP but someone else can explain if that's the problem.

I chekced and my IP adress hasn't changed.
