how the heck do you control bots once you created one by shooting a horse with a bot ray?

1. You do not need the bot ray to turn a horse into a 'bot'.
2. Impossible without either
-Patience, fast typing, and good knowledge of console. (not recommended)
-A mod that controls bots. (not released, I think)

I've seen pictures and instructions on how to control bots but i just cant find them.
