Too Dark + Character is naked?

When I start AoT it goes normally to the game but when i get into a server Its too dark and my guy (or woman) is naked there! Is that normal?
I tried to change that video options but it didnt have an effect to it...

1.  In the future, please do not post ambiguous topics.  I changed it for you this time.

2.  Try turning your monitor brightness up or upping the gamma in your video settings.  In the future I hope to have a calibration screen to settle this issue.

3.  If you created a new character, you should not immediately be naked.  If you made a character a looong time ago, there was a bug where you would lose all your stuff.

You could leave that to bam on people who dont play for along time.
Ofcourse, it depends on how long "a looong time ago" is.

Okay thx. I found more bugs: I cant buy anything from the shop and I cant put any of those normal clothes on...
