screwed up controls

When i entered bl the controls were all screwed up.  I tryed to fix but on certain keys it would say alredy bound to a non-remappable command. And also it was just a normal day.wtf happened?

• Click Options.
• Click Controls.
• Click Defaults.
• Rest is up to you.

I've Had this happen when i tried to jet but i was like "**** jets don't work"

Then i realized that half my controls weren't set for some reason
