Ok... I finally came up with something i am not afraid to post. I had a TON of help on this and the credits of the primary contributors is in the readme.txt and so are the instructions on how to use the information buttons. YOU MUST DOWNLOAD ALL THE FILES HERE OTHERWISE THIS WILL NOT WORK. This is my first upload so i would not mind constructive criticism. The .BLS file and its JPEG must go to BLOCKLAND/SAVES/TANK BATTLEFIELD!!!! here is a download link
