[help] Green/blue/red screen video in a reallife video ?

I found some random halflife videos where guys captured some reallife scenes and some ingame scenes and put them together.
Would be nice if someone could tell me what tools would be good for making such videos(capturing and editing programms).

Sony Vegas Pro would be the perfect thing. It has green screen.

Fraps would be a good suggestion but it would take long to upload to youtube. Also sony vegas has a capture program with it too.
