How do I install the Space Elevator save?

It's in text form. I need it to be in BLS file form. But I don't know how do open up BLS files or turn it into one. I tried just adding it to saves as just a text file, and it didn't work.

I tried googling it for 15 minutes also I looked it up on Wiki, and I still don't know what to do.

I know it's gonna be one of those situations where I try to find out how to do something, but I can't, but everyone else dose because everyone else are just so smart and perfect all the time and know everything about computers, so then I ask, I get an assy response that answers my question, making the situation sound as simple as possible, and then I get called an idiot.

I don't care. Just do that, I get my answer, and then I'm gone.

There's two ways to do it.

One, is to open the file with notepad, click save as. Change Save as Type to all files. Where it says File name, replace .txt with .bls.

Second way is much quicker to change files once you change some settings
Open a folder. At the top, click Tools, and go to Folder Options. Click the View tab. Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" and click OK.
Then, right click the file, click rename. Replace .txt with .bls.
