Comcast Cable problems

Kay, problem with my cable. Its just channel 0. No, On Demand is on 1. Nothing, I repeat, nothing exists on channel 0. I can't change channels, the guide is blank and the menu says "This feature will be available shortly. Please wait.".

And I'm not going to loving wait a few hours so I can get some irrelevant help from some Indian forget.

Try going to like channal 67 or somthing like that other then that you might want to get a new box

Dish is worse. A dog farts and it goes off due to stuff signal. That is why I got Fios.

I already unplugged and replugged.
I tried to punch in channel numbers, nothing.
I tried to enter the setup, but it only let me change language and subtitles and the setup was on the box display.
My parents are calling Comcast but all they get is a robot and the bill is paid. WTF.

I'm missing out on extra credit by watching the VP debate.

I don't have comcast cable TV but I have comcast cable internet.
And I get like, 1/3 of the speeds that everyone else who has comcast gets.

About 4000 kb/s download and 350 kb/s upload, while everyone I've seen  with comcast gets around 10000 kb/s download and 1000-2000 kb/s upload.

Lucky, my highest download speed ever was like 2000 kb/s ever and like 2600 kb/s upload.

I really don't care about my download speed, as long as it's around 1000 kb/s. I've never downloaded something faster than 600 kb/s.
As a server host, what I really care about is my upload speed.
