But yeah that has happened to me a few times, with the box, but I can get rid of it by killing myself. I don't know what to do though.

Just press 'Q' twice. It brings up the tools then gets rid of it. It's kinda like the refresher of BL. It gets rid of the paint box too.

WTH wheres my modify button go anyway I tried pressing E and Q and Even restarting blockland.

I know how to fix this.
Go in Options-On your first page, look under Gui settings.
Check the following:
Hide Brick Box
Congrats, lock it now.
