Recordings?

I know there is a recording macro on Blockland, very useful! But, I CANT USE RECORDINGS. Is there a convertor I have to get or something? Because the recordings I find in the data file are of the file of REC.
Any help?

BadSpot pulled them out of the game becuase they were to laggy and took forever to start up he just accidently left the buttons in game. So sorry find something like Fraps or Hypercam! I dont wanna use those tho :/

Plus .REC files aren't possible to convert, they always took a long time to play, and they lagged.
