How do i spawn a bot...

Hello to anyone who looks at this. I hope you can help me figure out how to spawn a bot >.< here's the link to where i got the bot mod http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=45563.0               It doesn't say how to spawn a bot  it's the only bot related mod i have PLEASE HELP
