How do you download other people's builds?

I was downloading one of the Microblock Computers and saved it in add-ons. but when i played blockland it wasn't anywhere!

So where do i put other people's builds in?

You have to put them in your saves file not your add-ons file, fool.

.zip files go in the add-ons folder
.bls files go in the saves folder

(by the way .bls stands for blockland save, just in case you need a hint at where to put it.)

So are they in the file or are they different files

right, you are obviously confused. the file that you have downoaded find it and check what file it is. then follow the instructions i gave previously

In (maybe?) easier terms, if you haven't solved the problem:

Put the .bls file in Blockland>saves>slate OR bedroom OR kitchen OR (whatever).
