Hosting a server still does not work.

Ok. So far I got my ports forwaded on my own way.
Forwarded 28000 - 28030 (28001, 28002, 28003..) all on my own and started a server, dead.
Ok I restarted my computer and tryed it again. Dead.

Any good answers?

Ok. I've done now UDP port forward 28000 - 28032 and TCP port forward 28000 - 28032 still won't work. :/
