can i suggest a different idea relating to getting hit by cars?
have the first episode be your "epic luls." of a kid getting nailed by a car, but after that show his quest to get into heaven, chock full of random handicapation
i can imagine it starting off with a man digging him up from his forever grave, telling him that this is common procedure. the boy asks what he is doing to his final resting place and the man explains [can insert hilarity in this part, such as "eh im just pissin in it, now back to business both of us are involved with"]
you learn that the man is in fact the boys guardian angel, and in order for you both to return to heaven, you must do exactly as he says. one problem though is that your guardian angel has mental instabilities.
