Well, you need to set your ports right and there's a tutorial when you try to start an internet game for the first time that will tell you how to set up the ports.

ive tryed that all ready so i dont  know mabey i should reinstall blockland but if i do that i will lose it because i lost my seral key

You didn't read this page did you... -.-

You start up the game, you click on 'start a game'
you choose 'internet' you name your server.. and you press the lunch button.
and if you get no people, it either means they don't like what your server is about.
or you never forwarded your ports.
read the sticky in this help forum!
