can people see decals you have

If I downloaded a decal (or made one), could someone who comes to my server see it even if they don't have it?

Im not an expert But yes i believe if they come to your server, it should. Im not completely sure. but theres one way to find out. Try it maybe?

They wont be able to see it unless they have it. If it is a face decal, your face will appear blank.

Whenever I have a custom decal face on, my friend noticed my face just appeared blank (But that's because he hadn't downloaded that same decal yet)
