What programs can i use to make a model for a weapon or a vehicle? i have tried:

• Blender (Couldn't even make a circle)
• Milkshape (have to buy)

I wanna be able to use Sketchup if it works. Does it?

If you don't understand Blender, then look at tutorials.

As for Sketchup, you can't export directly to dts, you have to use another program to export, such as Milkshape or Blender.

You can. the tank was modeled in Sketchup by Greekgeeker i think.
