My friend and i are trying to make an addon, And he made the model and colored it and stuff, But two things are wrong with it.
1. The model doesnt show up, It shows up as a ball and a cylander way below it. Yes, It is the right size.
2. The coloring is messed up, I cant figure it out.

Well, are you including the textures in the folder? Are they the original files? For the model thing. Pictures please.

What do you mean, The textures, Its not colored yet, I cant figure out how, It always comes out black.
All i have in are Wep.dts, Discription.txt, Server.cs. And, I dont want to give pics, Its just a cylander and a ball.

Maybe when you modeled it, you modeled everything way away from the origin?

The joints still will place it in the hand. I've modeled way off before. The joints kinda create there own.

Yeah, Just bits and pieces don't show up, and its gray.
