Author Topic: Authentication errors?  (Read 460 times)

I was hosting a server with at least 4 or 5 others. My brother joined a random server, and they all locked up and disconnected due to timeout issues. My brother and I run off the same router, but we have different keys. He also joined my server the other day, but nothing went wrong. Was this just a coincidence?

Um.... timeout is when you're disconnected for non-activity. The amount of time is controlled by the host(Public Domain Time?).

Yes. They can't do anything when my server locks up for them.

Happened again: he joined, everyone else froze. I checked in the console, and there was an auth check on one of the players after he joined. No-one but my brother and I could move. Shortly after, they disconnected, leaving my brother sitting in the server with me.

Ever since v9 multi-Blockland on the same computer forgeted up. I was hosting a server on desktop, and on laptop I was checking up RoB, same key, same router, same house, same electricity.

I tried to do that, and I got auth fail'd.

Must be some new thing "Badspot", made. So people don't share there accounts.

We bought a new key just so it wouldn't happen :(
