Map2dif wont work

I cant download the map 2 dif can someone help?

What it doesn't tell you is, that after you've done everything there, you have to put your .map file into the same folder map2dif is in, then start up map2dif. It should make it into a dif file.

I would've made an interior by now if my mission editor didn't stop working.
