Creating topics.

I think members should have a certain number of posts on existing topics before they can create a topic. This should not apply in the Help section, however.

Pros

• More experienced members creating topics.
• Would free up the forum and reduce spam topics. ~Ethan

• Possible spam posts just to create a topic.

Discuss and add pros and cons.

Post count doesn't really make a difference some of the most annoying people here have high post counts.
