RARE's Banjo Costume?

Those who saw Banjo in Paris, the Nuts and Bolts advertisment knows that there is a Banjo costume somewhere out there to be bought.
I was wondering if someone know if the Banjo costume is out for public to buy it? I can't find anything so I just think it's unique, RARE only. :/
