How do I raise events availible?

I found a topic for this, but it was locked and someone hadn't answered the question. So I make a new topic about this.

Anyway. I need a city light switch to work on my city build, but because of my skyscraper with so many different things named, I can't have the city lights because I have to many events. How do I change so I can have more?

do you use rtb? if so you open the guides and look for the schedule quota or something like that, if you don't, when you start the game, change it in the advanced options button
