Ping # are ???

Hey, when ever i attempt to join a game on Blockland all the ping numbers are ??? and in seconds all the servers become dead. The only way i can get on is if i restart my computer, log on to my screen and quickly open up Blockland and that only works sometimes. So anyway i need some help, i just want to know either what to do or if this is occuring to anyone else. Thanks

You have a firewall or some other security software that is preventing Blockland from connecting to the internet properly.

Either that or you have extrememly high latency internet such as sattelite.
