PVR to DTS - How do you port it?

Hey, I've been wanting to port a couple .PVR files for ages to use in some of my servers. If yes, Do you know how to port it to .DTS, if so, I would kindly appreciate it.

Import it into milkshape/blender. Then export as DTS.

EDIT: I can't seem to import it, it's not in the IMPORT list...little help?

Export it to something that Blender/Milkshap can import.

.Obj is a good format.
