I am making a new map kind of a tropical setting and I put water in it, and I am not to great at mapping with water but I get these squares that appear to be clear. But when you jump in them they still have water properties so if anyone knows how to fix this it would be great if you could tell me. Also this is actually not a slopes edit so please do not criticize.

Happened to me as well, when I was making my own game with TGE. The forums said that the terrain file was either to big or was to "Bumpy" to recognize the water datablock from the terrain.

You probably just need to refresh it and move it up and back down, Water is definitely a glitchy thing to play with.

Did you use the bedroom map as a base?
