Weapons not spawning

Occasionaly, me and my friend both get a glitch where our weapons do not spawn out of bricks. I do not know why this is and i hope someone can help me. It will work for 1 or 2 weapons then it breaks, maxweapons are set to 400. Can someone help me?

al i would say is that there is a point in the game where you download so many addons that they wont spawn at all for a while. but if you keep downloading it will go away (at least thats what i did when it happened to me)
