My server won't work :(

i did everything port forwarded changed my firewall settings to allow the two ports and blockland itself and it still doesn't work. I also have norton 360 but I don't know how to edit it. Can anyone help?

#1 I hate Norton. That's just me.
#2 If Norton isn't the criminal, then kill it anyway.
#3 If you choose to forgive and forget, don't. Kill Norton.
#4 ... the advice... you did it wrong. Go back, retry, and port forward away until it DOES work.

umm i hate norton too but it was a 60 day trial i got when i bought my vista is still hasn't run perosnally i like Kaspersky which is a very good anti-virus
