How do you make bots?

I've seen them made before on servers, and I'm wondering how they're made. I am NOT asking about the bot mod. I am asking about how to make them without the bot mod.

Here is how.  They wont "work" as in move and kill.  But if you dont care here's how:

Make a horse on a vehicle spawn.  Go to events and set up the Event to look like this:
onBotTouch-Bot-ChangeDatablock-Standard Player

And then you have a bot.
