Basically the RTB Server Control works fine by itself. You must have an add-on that is screwing it up and it'd be much easier for you to figure that out than us. How about you open Blockland, type trace(1); in the console, start a server and set your preferences the way you want them and apply, then close Blockland and post your console.log here.
