i can't host a server at all. when a call my friends to ask them if they want to join my game they say they cant because my ping is "DEAD" . Please HELP!!!!!!!

your likely connected over a router. and its firewall is blocking you from hosting.

you need to connect to it over your browser, access it's settings,
and adjust ports to open for the range 28000 through 28030 for both UDP and TCP

but im not gonna explain more then that. its not fun to help do that

If you had read the popup window that appeared when you first attempted to create a server, you would've realized where to go.
