I want to forward my macs ports

Actually i have forwarded my macs ports but i have one problem



up there in the scroll down box at the top of the picture, it doesn't have my macs name.
How do I get it on there?

Thats strange.... I used to have a mac, It's name showed up and I forwarded it's ports. Who is your provider?
