No, he has a PO box. He also set up a company (limited liability company) so any charges you bring against him are filed against the company instead of him.

Online is very quick; I received my key promptly after ordering online.

With mailing your money, there's always the possibility of it getting lost in the mail, but oh well. I doubt Badspot it going to take your money and ruin his credibility for your $20.

Insulting his mother's intelligence and calling her names is not going to make her any more likely to let the kid buy Blockland, guys. She has a valid concern in this day and age. It's not wise to just send money to any random "developer", so politely and respectfully explaining that her fears are unfounded in this case would be the most helpful thing.
