Oh man. I cooked up this garlic and potato mince right. This stuff was good.
Okay, so make some standard ass mashed potatos. Make them fluffy.
While you do that, also cook up some mince (I used 1kg of it, cook in bulk). Once it's mostly cooked, mince and add one garlic clove, some salt and pepper (not much of that for me), I added a small pack of what I believe is Samba Chilli sauce that I get from Mi Goreng noodles, and gravy powder.
Once that's done, you take the potato, put it in a dish that you can bake, make it like a bowl in the dish. (Please note you'll likely have to eat it out of the baking dish.) Bake that for a little while, so it browns a little, then fill that slightly browned, crispy mashed potato bowl with delicious garlic and chilli mince, top off with a bit more potato if you like, and enjoy.
