Some how it just happend just a second ago it was fine then BL crashed then POOF the screen resetted and BL was FUZZY, and its not just bl it also happens when i scroll down a page. when the screen went black and then back to normal this error came up. sorry but i cant remember what error was it but it had random letters. but bl is normal when its full screen and the bit rate thing is 16. and my monitor is an "SyncMaster 2243BWX' From SAMSUNG so could anyone solve this besides badspot?

Try restarting your computer, as it may just be the computer is hanging.

If not, Update video card drivers.

Either that or 64-bit Vista is doing something with his monitor.
