Projectile speed limit

I Despise teh projectile speed limit you shouldnt be able to dodge a snipers bullet!

There has already been a topic about this.

1. The reason for the speed was because, like in several games, if the bullet speed was higher than the computer can render/process it, it can lag and crash a server. Also, it could have been spammed more.

Well the thing is there should be a limit but it should be higher
