is there a way you can sculpt in milkshape i have no prob making regular shapes but i need to sculpt to make a good model

I use anim8or then export and import to MS3D.

I don't know exactly what you mean by sculpt, but you can use Milkshape to create models...
You can move the verticies around like any other program, and I'm pretty sure they include some pre-made models you can check out like the Utah teapot.
