It should be possible to delete your own topics/posts, ex. if you post on the wrong board, or if you post something extremely dumb and want to delete it.

deleting a topic hides the abuse you should be banned for.

deleting posts just forgets around huge discussions with multiple people. your posted words arent any longer just yours.
