ok when i clicked it i started downloading it its done then i click it i press "run" starts running...then command thing comes up really quick and dispears!

It doesn't work how you're trying to use it. If you're not making maps, just don't bother.

well i want to make maps so i cant find it i thought thats how you make maps

Read the title of it again. map2dif. Turn map files into dif files. Drag a .map there and it makes it into a dif.
