Music Help: Converting to .Oggs

If you have music you want in a .wav format or on Itunes, how can you make it into an .ogg, compatible with Blockland?

.wav are easy, just open up in blockland, make sure that there mono, then export as ogg vorbis.  Itunes on the other hand you probably are going to have to use Import raw data.
