I'm one of those Roblox "noobs."

Any robloxian, or former robloxian in this case, smart enough to join Blockland is good enough. At least they're better than most roblox-haters; you mention the word roblox and they go off on some annoying hate speech and instantly think of you as a handicapped 4-year old created solely to annoy them.

The community is completely fine, it's impossible to avoid a few idiots here or there, and as the games popularity increases, so will the number of these idiots. Use your intelligence, if it's there, to simply ignore them and live with it.
