Invalid Packet 1 cause?

I tried to join this one server but it disconnected and gave me that annoying "Invalid Packet 1" error.
I looked at the console.log file and this is what it showed when I joined the server:

It almost looks like that the sword caused it.

prob replaced old sword somehow and causes ppl that only have that addon to join
